The Board of Directors of the Seventh-day Adventist Schools (South Queensland) Ltd is the principal governing body of the College. It is comprised of representatives of the Head Office of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in South Queensland and the Seventh-day Adventist churches in the North Brisbane region.

The 246天天好彩 Advisory, established by the Board of Directors, is comprised of the College Principal and members elected from the supporting Adventist churches.
